2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in unused, original condition and in its original packaging

The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Customised or personalised items

Perishable goods (if applicable)


3. How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Package the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Use a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for lost returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
