Thank you for shopping with Black Cat Camera. Below is our policy regarding the shipping and delivery of products ordered from our website.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:

We currently offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your chosen method). You can use this to monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Please first check your tracking information.

We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the carrier or customs
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We may ask for photos of the damaged packaging and item.
A replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Click & Collect / Local Pickup
If applicable, we offer a rental house drop off service at ARRI Rental Uxbridge or Panavision Greenford.
